Can I change the foreign bill into bigger or smaller bill unit? （ex：USD $100→$10×10 bills, USD $10×10 bills→$100）
We do not provide money exchange of the same currency.
Can I set the exact amount of each bill unit?
We will try to prepare the exact amount of each bill unit for your request, but sometimes we cannot satisfy your request for the lack of stock. Therefore, please call us before you visit our branch.
Do I have to write an application form? Is there any document required?
Basically, you don`t have to write an application for money exchange. If the exchange amount is over \100,000, however, you have to provide us your address, contact number and copy of your public certification(driver license, passport, residence card, etc).
If the amount is under \100,000, your signature is needed for confirmation of receiving money, so please cooperate for our staff`s request.
※For the treatment of private information including a copy of publice certificate received from the customer, we will not use personal information beyond the purposes limited by any applicable laws or regulations.
Is there limit for exchange amount?
The limit of money exchange for 1 person is \2,000,000.
※For Chinese Yuan, both the limit of selling and buying Chinese Yuan is CNY 30,000.
※We have limited stock of money. Specific currency, amount or bill unit can not be available occasionally. We also can be available only for buying foreign currency for the stock status. For the detail, please contact to each branch previously.
How long does it take to exchange money?
It takes a few minutes normally.
However, if it is peak season or busy times, it can be longer.
When does the exchange rate be updated?
The exchange rate is updated between 10:00~11:00 on weekday generally. For Saturday, Sunday and holiday, the exchange rate of previous business day is applied.
The rate also can be updated if there is any sudden change of exchange market.
How much is the exchange charge?
There is no exchange charge, because it is already included in the rate.
Is credit card available?
Credit card is not available. Payment is available for cash only.
We would like to exchage money as a group. Can it be prepared in advance? Is there preferential treatment of group?
We recommend Group reservation for group customers. We provide preferential exchange rate as group discount, and prepare the amount for one person in advance.
※Depending on our stock status, preparation can take around 7 days ( about 1 week).
